Shipping Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

LONZ HOME SPA delivers to any valid physical address in South Africa. They do not deliver to any P.O Box addresses. They do not deliver outside the borders of South Africa. Delivery is via third party courier. All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. By signing the delivery form, you acknowledge the receipt of the products ordered and that the quantity is correct. The delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.

Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Delivery charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. We shall not be held liable for package loss due if the customer entered their delivery address incorrectly.

DELIVERY FEES

A standard delivery fee of R50.00 incl. value added tax of 15 %, will be charged for all orders that have a value below R500.00. Any order with a value of R500.00 or more will be delivered to you free of charge.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

LONZ HOME SPA delivers from Monday to Friday within the times 09H00 to 17H00. They do not deliver over weekends or on any public holidays. Please ensure that somebody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address within the abovementioned times. They will assume that the person signing off at the given address is authorised to do so. If nobody is there to receive the parcel, the driver will attempt to contact you to arrange delivery/collection. Should it be so required, LONZ HOME SPA reserves the right to charge you the extra delivery fee. If it so happens that the parcel is returned by the courier company to LONZ HOME SPA due to the incorrect address or nobody having received the parcel at specified address, the re-shipment fee will be charged to your account. LONZ HOME SPA regards the delivery as being complete when the parcel has been handed over and signed for.

For all main centre areas, the delivery of your parcel will take 1- 4 working days. For any regional or outlying areas the delivery of your parcel will take 2-5working days.
